Do I need to register to shop?

Registering with us helps speed up your ordering process. Once you are signed up, you can edit your details and during your next purchase with log in account will retain their initial information

However, if you choose, you can still checkout as a guest, and the above info will be sent to you via email instead =)

How do I create an account?

Click “Register”, then proceed by filling in your details, and done! =)

I forgot my password or my password does not work?

Click ‘Forget Password’ and key in your email to reset your password

Is newsletter available to subscribe?

We have excluded newsletter function as we will keep you up to date with highlights and promotions via social media such as Facebook, Instagram and our website.

How do I apply my discount code?

If there are any discount code in your possession, kindly key in the discount code at the ‘Checkout’ page. The total amount will automatically be deducted and you can proceed with payment.

How much will shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate of RM8 for nationwide in Malaysia, and FREE shipping for purchase of RM150 and above!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship internationally. It will usually take 4 - 12 working days to reach your location. Kindly refer to the shipping rate that shown upon check out as it varies according to countries.

I couldn’t make payment for the item that I added into my cart previously. What should I do?

Items added to your cart will only be reserved to you within a certain time frame or the item has been sold out whole the item still holding in your cart. Please refer to the pop up message while try to reselect the item into cart. =)

 

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place my order?

Browse at our shop -> select and add all items you fancy into cart -> view your cart (you can add or remove selected items) -> ‘Check Out’ -> fill up details (please apply promo code if any)> choose your shipping & payment method> submit -> All done!

How do I know my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order receipt email from us with the details of your purchase. Once payment is confirmed, items will be shipped out to you.

How can I make payment for my order?

We offering local bank transfer (Maybank), cash on delivery and Pay Pal (credit card).

Local bank transfer is for amount below RM100 only. Please allow up to 3 standard working days for the payment to be processed. All items will be reserved up to 4 standard working days which includes 1 standard working day for customers to initiate transfer.

Cash on delivery is also available (collection location is at One Utama, Petaling Jaya) which will incur no shipment charges but full payment for the order must be made beforehand, kindly contact me via email for collection details. We will only release the order once pick up point and time been confirmed via email.

For Paypal transaction it encompasses all international and local transactions of RM100 & above only. All transactions are in MYR only.

**All transactions are only considered valid upon completion of payment.**

Can I return my goods?

All goods are well inspected and handled with care before shipment =)

Kindly inspect your goods as soon as it arrives. Damage claims must be reported via email – hello@shirozakka.com within 48 hours of package arrival. Please specify the returning reason on said item.

Unfortunately there is no refund allow after 48 hours of package arrival. Apologies for any inconvenient caused.
